Open the app, tap Connect Email on the home screen, and sign in with your Gmail or Outlook account. You'll then add your school's domain (e.g., myschool.edu) so we only read school-related messages.
No. We request read-only access and filter exclusively to emails from the school domain(s) you specify. Personal, financial, and unrelated emails are never accessed or stored.
On iOS: Settings app → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Parently Loop → Cancel. On Android: Play Store → Subscriptions → Parently Loop → Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Open the app, go to the paywall screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Your subscription will be re-activated automatically.
In the app: Settings → Legal → Delete My Data. This permanently removes all cached summaries and revokes our access to your email. You can also email support@automateloops.com to request deletion.
In the app: Settings → Legal → Delete Account. This immediately revokes all OAuth tokens, wipes all data, and closes your account. Alternatively, email support@automateloops.com with the subject line "Delete my account."
AI summaries are designed to help you quickly understand school messages, but they can occasionally miss details or misinterpret context. Always check the original email for critical dates, deadlines, or payment information.
Currently Gmail and Outlook (Microsoft 365). Sign in with Apple is also available for account creation, but email reading requires a Gmail or Outlook connection.
